All our Training Test and Fault Rigs (apart from the PV Rigs) are built on 19mm Valchromat board (this is an environmentally friendly product used in furniture making and shop fitting) which comes available in a choice of colours. TRAINING RIGS

All our Training Test Rigs can be fully changeable to your specification. We offer all our products , Wall Mountable, Wall Moveable or Fully Mobile.

Further to this all our Training Test Rigs come with a 3-metre lead connected to a either a standard plug top or a Commando Type plug (dependant upon your facilities)

We offer all our Training Rigs with the function of Testing only, Fault Diagnosis Only or a Combined Test & Fault Rig. Our Test Rigs come with at least 4 different circuits (3phase comes with a minimum of 8) and realistic values for continuity and Earth Fault Loop Impedance. We also include RCBO's for RCD testing functionality. Our Fault Rigs come with at least 6 different switchable faults (3phase comes with 12 faults) including Open Circuit, Short Circuit, High Resistance and Earth Fault. All our rigs come with Test Documentation, Fault Cards and Tutor Guides

3. The Workshop- Simulating a more Industrial Installation
4. The Garage- Showing a Sub Board setup

We have 2 unique designs for our 3phase Rigs;

1. The Commercial- Simulating a Warehouse and an Office Setup
2. The Industrial- Simulating a Factory and an Office Setup

These designs have been built to give learners a broad scope of understanding of different installations they will come across in their careers, they also allow the learners to practise and understand what is required by the awarding bodies to complete their qualifications at L3 and above.

PLUMBING

We have also generated 3 unique designs for plumbing systems.

The rigs we have designed can be used across departments both electrically and plumbing to help learners to understand the wiring systems themselves and be able to diagnose and rectify faults that may occur within a plumbing system. Our Plumbing Rigs come in either ready wired to simulate a full heating system with real valves and controls and simulated pumps and boilers or unwired so learners can understand how to correctly wire a full heating system.
