Personalisation Options

To ensure every centre receives a rig that fits their environment and curriculum, we offer two key customisation options:

1. Supply Type

Each rig can be built to match your preferred supply configuration:

  1. Flex only allowing centres to hard wire into their systems
  2. Single‑phase supply 3m of rubber flex with either a 13amp 3pin plug or a 16amp 3pin commando plug
  3. Three‑phase supply 3m of rubber flex with either a 16amp 5pin commando plug or a 32amp 5pin commando plug (we can also link out the phases if your building doesn't have a 3phase option)

2. Backing Board Colour

All rigs can be supplied with your choice of backing board colour to match your centre’s branding or workshop layout:

  1. Light Grey — modern, neutral and ideal for high‑visibility circuit layouts.
  2. Grey — clean, professional and widely used in technical training spaces.
  3. White — bright, crisp and excellent for clarity during assessments.

Every Test Rigs UK Ltd training aid can be supplied in one of three installation formats, allowing centres to choose the setup that best fits their workshop layout, space constraints and teaching style.

1. Wall Mount

A fixed, permanent installation for maximum stability and a clean, professional workshop layout.

2. Wall Move

A semi‑mobile option that allows rigs to slide or reposition along a wall‑mounted track or rail.

  1. Mounted to a wall but able to move horizontally
  2. Allows flexible room layouts without full mobility
  3. Great for multi‑use classrooms
  4. Enables quick reconfiguration for different courses or assessment setups
  5. Maintains stability while offering adjustability

Best for: Centres needing flexibility without switching to fully mobile rigs.

3. Fully Mobile

A completely portable solution for maximum versatility and shared‑space environments.

  1. Mounted on a heavy‑duty mobile frame
  2. Locking castors for stability during use
